The Communications
Committee keeps the community informed of all activities of the
association by preparing newsletters, informing new residents about
the association, and publishing a community directory.
|
The Landscape
Committee assists the
management company in the oversight of the landscaping of the
common areas. The committee also makes recommendations on long
and short-term improvements, seasonal flowers, and general
maintenance. They also implement Yard-of-the Month contests,
holiday decoration contests or other programs.

The Safety
Committee organizes a neighborhood crime watch and works with
the local police department to deter crime and communicate safety
concerns. The committee also works with homeowners to resolve
and communicate any other safety concerns.

|
|
|
The Social
Committee organizes the social events for the neighborhood, welcomes
new neighbors, and helps create a feeling of community.
