Modification Request Form
If you intend to make improvements, you will
need to complete this Architectural Control Committee (ACC)
Modification Request form and attach a detailed diagram when you
fax or mail it to Texas Association
Management Group (Stoney Hollow's management company). You can proceed with your
work after you receive a written approval letter submitted by the
ACC.
