Association Guidelines
Below are some highlights from the association documents. These highlights are not intended to be a complete list, but should help answer some of the questions about what is expected in our association.
Architectural Review
Exterior improvements to the lot or main dwelling must be approved in writing by the Architectural Control Committee. This includes changes, additions or improvements to landscaping, fencing, painting, swimming pools, storage buildings, children's play-equipment, gazebo's, etc. Decisions will be made based on the conformity and harmony of the exterior design and the provisions in the Declaration.

Home Business
No residence is to be used for business, commercial or manufacturing uses.
Boats and Recreational Vehicles
Boats, trailers, RV's, campers and other similar vehicles are not to be parked or stored in the street, the driveway, or front-yard of any residence within the community. Additionally, storage in the side or rear-yard is prohibited unless it is completely concealed from public view.
Landscaping
Owners are responsible for maintaining a clean and attractive lot at all times including: lawn moving on a regular basis; prompt removal of all litter, trash, refuse and waste; tree and shrub pruning, watering landscaped areas; keeping lawn and garden areas alive, free of weeds, and attractive.
External Structures
Children's playhouses, greenhouses, gazebos, storage buildings and other external structures require approval from the Architectural Control Committee.

Mailboxes
Mailboxes must comply with the United States Postal Service regulations. Each box must be built using brick materials to elevate and support a US Postal Service mailbox container. Boxes are to be placed at the edge of the lot line so that the mailbox for each lot is adjacent or "doubled" for the mailbox on the adjoining lot.
Satellite Dishes and Antennas
Satellite dishes are to be placed in as obscure of a location as possible, such that the dish is not visible from the street, common areas, or the front yard of adjoining lots.
All radio or television aerial wires or antennas are to be placed inside the home and must not be visible from the outside.
Fences
Fences are to be built of wood or another material that is approved in writing by the ACC. Wood fences must have slats not more than six inches wide, installed vertically, and are not to exceed eight feet in height. Fences are not to appear painted, but may be stained or sealed to present and maintain a natural wood look.

Detached Buildings
All Detached Building/Structures must obtain prior approval from the Architectural Control Committee. Detached Building means a utility or storage building, greenhouse or similar buildings, other than the dwelling, the garage, a structure or building attached to the dwelling or garage. Detached Structure means a screened enclosure, cabana, arbor, gazebo or similar structure, other than the dwelling, the garage, a structure or building attached to the dwelling or garage.
