Pondview concern

At the annual meeting, homeowners were asking about the status of
the standing water and mounds of dirt on Pondview. The Park
Supervisor for the City responded as follows:
"We plan to cut a swale in the ground between the low area (where
all the dirt has been dumped) and the creek so that collected water
drains off naturally. This should alleviate the standing water that
had been documented in the park. We don't have a firm date yet for
when we will start, unfortunately, and it may be a while. At the
very least, I'd say we will have to wait until the end of the rainy
season before we can get equipment into the area. I'll keep you
posted as progress develops, and please don't hesitate to contact me
